Peach Pear Apple Juice: Quick & Healthy Recipes

Ingredients:

* Note: These ingredients will make 2 servings, so add or remove the ingredients according to requirements.

  • 1 apple
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 pear

Preparation Time:

10 minutes

Preparation Method:

Wash the fruits, core and slice them, and remove seeds. Now simply process them in a juicer and serve.

Quick & Healthy Recipes: Banana & Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • Four oranges
  • Three bananas
  • Juice of one-half lemon
  • Juice of two oranges
  • One-half cup of sugar
  • White of one egg
  • One-half cup of pineapple juice

Preparation Time:

10 minutes

Preparation:

  • Slice and mix in a bowl the oranges and bananas.
  • Heat to the boiling point, the orange and lemon juice, sugar and white of the egg, then simmer five minutes.
  • Strain through a muslin upon the fruit, add the pineapple juice.
  • Set away on ice to become chilled before serving.
  • It’ll serve three to four persons
