Weight Loss Campaign: Don't Starve Yourself

Too much weight is dangerous for your health as well as for an active life style. It’s true that over eating accelerates the weight gain process, but it doesn’t mean that starving helps loosing weight and make you healthier, instead it creates fatigue and low energy level.

Being on dieting you may seem happy and feel that you are losing those unwanted flabs on your belly and thighs and so you might entitle ’skipping meal’ as a best way for weight loss. One thing you must know that, it’s not long lasting, and your body cannot tolerate having insufficient food to fuel the energy that you use up everyday.

Skipping one or two meals a day, your stored calories will be used up instead of the energy that should have been provided by your meals, and so your body will get weaken and weaken.

Do lessen the food intake, but don’t stop it. Avoid faty food, use more vegetables and fruits, and you’ll find a great difference. And above all, make exercise a routine and have a lively and active life.

It’s balanced diet that lets you become smart and active, not the dieting, but for some reasons, dieting is more popular in girls. Dieting may show you temporary results, but over all it’ll lessens your energies, causing fatigue and other serious health problems.
