Though, they didn’t lose overall body fat but considerable amount of belly fat, i.e. an average of 6.3%. It also increased lean muscle mass by an average of 1.4 pounds and 3 pounds. <p>Mo&#8217;Nique says that she planned to lose a total of 65 lbs. Although she couldn’t do that much, still it’s encouraging. Her main focus was changing eating habits so she cut out junk food like cake, cookies, and chips, and instead of red meat and fried foods, she eats fresh fish and drinks a gallon of water each day. She also hired trainer Erica Sammy and has maintained a proper gym time for the whole week.</p>
